Cory Doctorow is one of those writers a like to follow. He writes books about ’near fiction’: fiction that could happen in the near future with the technology (and culture) available today. One example is ‘Makers’ where he combines 3D printing, algorithmic texture generation, the network organisation and a copyright war with Disney into a very interesting story.
