Some online games I like to play. For now it seems I like war games. But I like strategy. The first game I played when I was young (and why I studied business administration I guess) was Pizza Tycoon, a pizza business simulation combining cooking, human resources, investing and of course shenanigans.
Diplomacy
Diplomacy is a really old game you can play with a board, by mail or online. You play it with friends, but afterwards you might not be for a while, because the goal is to annihilate the other players through diplomacy and most-of-all backstabbing. That is why the online platform you could use is called Backstabbr. There are many strategy guides (such as this one) but they only get you so far because everybody else reads these too, of course.
Secret Hitler
Secret Hitler is a social deduction game for 5-10 people about finding and stopping Hitler and a fascist takeover. You can download, print and play it for free here, or online on Secret hitler
OpenRA
Through the pandemic my friends and me were looking for some old school games. Growing up with command & conquer, we were happy to find OpenRA through which you can play C&C, Red Alert and Dune.
